RAC 11.2.0.3啟動資料庫出現ORA-01078，ORA-01565，ORA-17503，ORA-01034，ORA-27123

RAC 11.2.0.3 雙節點 +ASM

故障現象
$ sqlplus / as sysdba

SQL*Plus: Release 11.2.0.3.0 Production on Fri Sep 5 18:37:22 2014

Connected to an idle instance.

SQL> startup
ORA-01078: failure in processing system parameters
ORA-01565: error in identifying file '+DATA/PROD/spfilePROD.ora'
ORA-17503: ksfdopn:2 Failed to open file +DATA/PROD/spfilePROD.ora
ORA-01034: ORACLE not available
ORA-27123: unable to attach to shared memory segment
IBM AIX RISC System/6000 Error: 13: Permission denied

解決方法
$ ls -l $ORACLE_HOME/bin/oracle
-rwxrwxr-x    1 grid     oinstall  264667849 Sep 02 05:18 /oracle/app/11.2.0/grid/bin/oracle

$ chmod 6751 $ORACLE_HOME/bin/oracle

$ ls -l $ORACLE_HOME/bin/oracle
-rwsr-s--x    1 grid     oinstall  264667849 Sep 02 05:18 /oracle/app/11.2.0/grid/bin/oracle
