ASM例項可以管理多個Oracle資料庫檔案，CSS實現了ASM例項與Oracle資料庫例項之間的同步。CSS是叢集同步的意思，不需要額外安裝，在安裝Oracle資料庫軟體時會自動安裝。
啟動cluster synchronization services daemon
單例項使用root使用者執行localconfig add
如果出現OCCSD執行異常，可以使用localconfig reset重啟。重啟的過程是首先killCSS服務程式，然後再次啟動。
該命令在ORACLE_HOME/bin目錄下

[root@test bin]# ./localconfig add
/etc/oracle does not exist. Creating it now.
Successfully accumulated necessary OCR keys.
Creating OCR keys for user 'root', privgrp 'root'..
Operation successful.
Configuration for local CSS has been initialized

Adding to inittab
Startup will be queued to init within 90 seconds.
Checking the status of new Oracle init process...
Expecting the CRS daemons to be up within 600 seconds.
Giving up: Oracle CSS stack appears NOT to be running.
Oracle CSS service would not start as installed
Automatic Storage Management(ASM) cannot be used until Oracle CSS service is started

遇到紅色字型的問題，可以delete後重新add
[root@test bin]# ./localconfig delete
Stopping CSSD.
Unable to communicate with the CSS daemon.
Shutdown has begun. The daemons should exit soon.
[root@test bin]#
[root@test bin]#
[root@test bin]# ./localconfig add
Successfully accumulated necessary OCR keys.
Creating OCR keys for user 'root', privgrp 'root'..
Operation successful.
Configuration for local CSS has been initialized

Adding to inittab
Startup will be queued to init within 90 seconds.
Checking the status of new Oracle init process...
Expecting the CRS daemons to be up within 600 seconds.
CSS is active on these nodes.
        test
CSS is active on all nodes.
Oracle CSS service is installed and running under init(1M)
/etc/init.d/init.cssd run &
