1. UX Designer

This position will conduct research activities that inform concepts and design direction, and that ultimately improve the end-user experience. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large-scale quantitative datasets but will also have experience with qualitative methods such as focus groups, lab studies, remote studies, site visits and interviews. Other technical specialties might include the creation of visual dashboards for understanding trends, experience in working with SQL databases, or other experience related to online experiments (e.g. A/B testing, live testing, context-sensitive survey techniques). More importantly, this position should be open-mind, and passionate about making well-designed tools that enables people in the field on their day-to-day activities. You will work on the UI architecture, visual design, interaction design, branding, look & feel and set the design and usability practices for these new products and services. This position will require you to collaborate with software engineers, program managers, and designers across the world therefore good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English are requirements of this position.

Preferred Qualifications Development experience of large scale distributed system is highly desired. Experience working on production system with operational support is strongly preferred.

Experience in project management, team management and hiring is a plus.
