Supervisory Skills - Enhancing Execution Ability

I took a management skill training some months ago and there are so many important tips for me to understand and apply. Here I'd like to give some key points on how to be a successful manager as below:

1.To know the responsibility of manager;

2.To manage subordinates to finish tasks;

3.Clarity the tasks via communication;

4.Make assure that the subordinates are able to do tasks;

5.To encourage subordinates to make committment;

6.Control the procedure and achive the goal.
