oracle 11.2.0.2 安裝grid叢集軟體報[INS-30060]問題處理

     我們oracle 11.2.0.2 for aix平臺安裝grid叢集軟體時，到了選擇組級別時，報以下錯誤:

 

 

Trying to install Oracle Database 11.2.0.2 fails with:

SEVERE: [FATAL] [INS-30060] Check for group existence failed.
CAUSE: Unexpected error occurred while trying to check for group existence.
ACTION: Refer to the logs or contact Oracle Support Services. Note for advanced users: Launch the installer by passing the following flag ''-ignoreInternalDriverError''..
Refer associated stacktrace #oracle.install.commons.util.exception.DefaultErrorAdvisor:835
INFO: Advice is ABORT
INFO: Adding ExitStatus INVALID_USER_INPUT to the exit status set

The group exists on /etc/group file.

 

[root@rac1:/tmp]$ls -ltr CVU_11.2.0.2.0_grid
total 536

drwxr-xr-x    3 214      203            4096 Apr 29 16:25 CVU_11.2.0.2.0_grid

 

屬性為其他使用者

 

改為grid使用者 oinstall組

 

   chown -R grid:oinstall /tmp/CVU_11.2.0.2.0_grid

然後重試安裝，安裝成功。
