微軟將於 9 月 30 日宣佈 Windows 9

　　微軟正計劃在 9 月 30 日召開下一代 Windows 即 Windows Threshold（Windows 9）的特別釋出會。目前微軟還在開發 Windows Threshold 預覽版，日期可能會有改動，預覽版也會在 9 月 30 日或數日後釋出。

　　之前 MJ Foley 的訊息稱微軟會在 9 月底/10 月初推出 Windows Threshold 技術預覽版，正式版還要等到 2015 年春季推出。Threshold 預覽版將會有新的開始選單，移除 Charm Bar，以及一些 UI 改變。目前微軟內部 Threshold 版本也有 Cortana 整合，但不知是否會出現在技術預覽版中。

　　Windows Threshold 將很有可能被命名為 Windows 9，預計微軟將在這次的釋出會上介紹關鍵新功能，以及 Windows RT 和 Windows Phone “合併”計劃。（via The Verge）
