在伺服器中裝Windows 2003 SP2版系統後，安裝SPSS 21，右鍵點選安裝程式後選擇run as，程式啟動，進度條走到頭就報error: the system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation（系統管理員設定了系統策略，禁止進行此安裝）。百度、google該錯誤得到的結果大都是：由於軟體第一次安裝後沒有解除安裝乾淨，造成第二次安裝時留有上次安裝資訊，從而產生該錯誤。但我的系統是剛剛裝好，同時其他軟體都沒有安裝，第一次執行 SPSS 21 就會出現這個錯誤。

從錯誤資訊來看，個人覺得應該是Windows 2003 server安全性要求比較高，對某些安裝在策略上進行了嚴格設定。但從執行過程來看，登入使用者為administrator，而許可權上並沒有限制。策略的具體怎麼設定我又不是很清楚。繼續google。這次搜到 SPSS 的官網中的解決方案：

Click Start -> Control Panel

Open Administrative Tools

Open Local Security Settings

Click Software Restriction Policies

If no software restrictions are defined, right click the Software Restriction Policies node and select New Software Restriction Policy

Double click Enforcement

Select "All users except local administrators"

Click OK

Reboot the machine

然後右鍵run as（修改本地安全策略後，我忘記重啟機器，不過也正常安裝了），安裝程式啟動，進度條走到盡頭，Welcome介面， 至此即可在Windows2003 server中成功安裝 SPSS 21 。
