oracle11g啟動是，一個有趣的錯誤，只做記錄，沒有深究，不知道是否bug

windows8 + oracle11.2.0.1 64bit

首先說明下，資料庫沒有問題，正常 shutdown immediate；

實驗如下：

SQL> startup nomount;
