小結：oracle在mount及open時，控制檔案及資料檔案頭關於checkpoint及scn（cnt)的資訊是不一樣的，會有變動的

mount會驗證比較控制檔案的stop scn是否等待資料檔案（頭）的scn(checkpoint)及checkpoint cnt是否一致

open會置資料檔案（file header之前：就是源於控制檔案中的）的stop scn為無窮大，因為open後，資料庫處於變動狀態，所以stop scn為不定的，故配置為無窮大

--10046事件可以執行在nomount,mount,open狀態下
