Oracle 11g 升級之前，驗證有時報錯，有時又不報錯，到底怎麼回事？

$ ./runcluvfy.sh stage -pre crsinst -upgrade ... ...
...
...
執行到最後，報錯

Check: Time zone consistency 
Result: Time zone consistency check passed
Checking VIP configuration.
Checking VIP Subnet configuration.
Check for VIP Subnet configuration passed.
Checking VIP reachability
Check for VIP reachability passed.

Checking Oracle Cluster Voting Disk configuration...

ASM Running check passed. ASM is running on all specified nodes

ERROR: 

PRVF-5157 : Could not verify ASM group "CRS" for Voting Disk location "/dev/asm-diskb"


PRVF-5431 : Oracle Cluster Voting Disk configuration check failed

Clusterware version consistency passed

Pre-check for cluster services setup was unsuccessful on all the nodes. 

過段時間執行，它又正常，再執行又報錯

PRVF-05157: Could not verify ASM group "{0}" for Voting Disk location "{1}"
Cause: The ASM group specified was not found running on the system.
Action: Ensure that the ASM group is configured correctly and running, and ensure that the Voting Disk locations are configured correctly.
PRVF-05431: Oracle Cluster Voting Disk configuration check failed
Cause: The Voting Disk configuration does not meet Oracle's recommendations.
Action: Review Clusterware and Voting Disk configuration.
