從2012年8月6號開始證書以電子為準，也可以申請紙質的

最近好多考過oca和ocp的朋友收到了oracle發來的mail：

mail中提到的soft copy eCertificate就是電子版證書，提到的a hard copy of your certificate就是紙質證書。申請紙質證書正常不需要等到收到電子的以後再申請，我認為hands on的狀態變成approved之後就可以申請了。
