cmd.exe , regedit.exe , msconfig.exe 無法找到與執行

昨天幫別人修理機器，修理完成後發現一個奇怪的問題，無法執行cmd等命令，上網檢查
發現許多是關於exe檔案的關聯問題，試了一下無法解決:

ftype exefile="%1" %*
assoc .exe=exefile

無法解決！！

在登錄檔檢索rededit.exe發現

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE＼SOFTWARE＼Microsoft＼Windows NT＼CurrentVersion＼Image File Execution Options＼regedit.exe]
"Debugger"="setuprs1.PIF"

刪除這個連結後，執行正常！注意開始要執行cmd.exe , regedit.exe , msconfig.exe這些檔案，必須先修改字尾名為com.
