arise（arose，arisen）
1、 “發生”，例：Problems arose from the outset.一開始就產生了很多問題。
2、“起源於”，例：Accidents always arise from the carelessness.許多事故都源於粗心。

rise（rose，risen）
v.“上升”，（一定是不及物的）
n.“上升，上漲”
give rise to=lead to引起，例：The food shortage gave rise to the serious problems.食品的短缺引起了嚴重的問題。
rouse“喚醒”，例：I was roused by the sound of the alarm.我被鬧鈴的聲音吵醒。
arouse“喚起”，如，arouse one’s interest / sympathy“喚起某人的興趣 / 同情心” 引起 還有sth arouse sb a feeling 激起  be aroused by 被激起。
raise根本含義“使上升”，（1）“舉起”raise one’s hand（2）“提出”raise a question（3）“撫養，相當於bring up”raise children（4）“籌集”raise funds
