VS2013出現問題及解決辦法

1.執行時發現報錯The Debugger Resource DLL is out of date。

安裝語言包不相容所致。

2.執行時發現報錯A project with an Output Type of Class Library cannot be started directly

把類庫專案作為起始專案了，起始專案只能是可執行程式或者web程式

解決方法:在你要啟動的專案上單擊右鍵，選擇Set as startup project 選擇，這時會發現專案的字型已經變黑，表示現以該專案做為啟動專案。
